Music and The Body Connection: For Musicians Of Any Skill Level Of Any Instrument
In this workshop, you’ll discover how, through reconnecting with our body, we can experience new and profound ways of connecting to music and music performance. Through group exercises that are as silly as they are revelatory, you’ll learn how to overcome over-intellectualizing and your inner critic and naturally connect to music-making in a deep and meaningful way.
