URO presents the latest edition of their annual performing arts fundraiser, Bars of Injustice: The Ambiente Justica Edition!  Each year, URO invites community members to speak to the injustices of the world and our community through spoken word, music, dance, and more.

This year, URO is collaborating with the city of Ithaca’s Green New Deal Initiative 1000 Conversations About Our Future to encourage engagement on these social issues and their intersectionality. The name, Ambiente Justica, draws attention to climate injustices in South America, particularly in Brazil, Chile, and Venezuela.

URO will also honor Audrey Cooper, Schelley Michell-Nunn, Kirby Edmunds, and others for their contributions to promoting justice in the community.

Tickets $12 at the door.
