Join us on Saturday, January 20th at 11:00 am to explore storytelling in animated series with FredFilms’ Development Executive, Flip Sarta. We will delve into the process of developing compelling stories in animation from concept to pitch deck. Gain insights and firsthand knowledge from a young professional confidently navigating the industry today.

Flip’s Bio:

Flip Sarta is an artist/writer from Upstate New York with a passion for community building. He has been working alongside Fred Siebert and Casey Gonzalez since 2019 during his days as an intern at Frederator! As the FredFilms Development Manager, Flip delights in stories about compassion, friendship, and finding beauty in the mundane.

Outside of the office, Flip organizes community arts events, the most recent of which was OutLoud Comics—a charity comics reading for the LA LGBT center, co-hosted with Silverlake Shorts. He feels it’s important to create spaces of community with fellow artists to celebrate their work (and to help the community in the process!).

He enjoys sewing, diners, and being surrounded by trees.
