Ann Guiliani’s background is extensive as a teacher and exhibiting multi media artist. She incorporates drawing, painting and printmaking often within one image. With a love for creating and a love for teaching, She derives inspiration from her immediate environment whether it’s city life, people, roads travelled, or Nature. Originally from Northern New Jersey, she holds a masters degree from New York University, in Art Education and Painting. After relocating to Cape Cod, she taught courses in painting, drawing and printmaking at Cape Cod Community College for 18 years and holds a second masters degree from the University of Massachusetts in Printmaking and Visual Design. Highly prolific, she has had solo shows every year in the last seven years and her art is in the permanent collections of Cape Cod Community College, University of Massachusetts in Dartmouth, and the Cape Museum of Art to name a few. As a gallery artist in Wellfleet, and Cohasset, Massachusetts, her work has been included in private collections both nationally and abroad in Europe and the Far East.
