Originally a native of Florida, Sarah has taught elementary and middle school choirs, piano and general music and has served as an adjudicator for the Florida Vocal Association. Her passion is sharing a love of music, learning and finding beauty everyday. Sarah Smokay Linfors previously served as a lecturer of music education at Ithaca College, director of the Ithaca Children and Youth Chorus’ Intermezzo ensemble at CSMA, the director of the Longview/Ithaca College Intergenerational Choir. Sarah holds degrees from Southeastern University (B.S.E.) and Florida State University (M.M.E.) in choral music education.
