Megan Omohundro
Executive Director

Megan Omohundro is an enthusiastic leader who has extensive non-profit experience in fundraising, program development, strategic partnerships, and management. Her values of ethical, reflective, transparent, and servant-led leadership have enabled her to remain a colleague and manager that builds morale and culture. Her passion for creative arts education translates to her work as a musical choreographer within the Ithaca school district, guest artist residencies at out-of-state universities, and co-owning the former 5SISTERS dance studio in Ithaca.

Carrie Natale
Director of Exhibits & Programs

As the Director of Exhibits and Programs at CSMA, Carrie Natale brings her experience working in the education field and interacting with the local community.  She is a former dance and baton twirling studio owner, well-versed in connecting the community to the arts.  During the pandemic, Carrie made the bold decision to return to college.  In December 2023, she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts from Empire State University. She believes that the arts have a place in every aspect of our lives and is happy to help others find joy within the arts too. Carrie wants to help create a strong sense of belonging and support for the faculty and students of CSMA.

Rose Tirrito
Marketing & Outreach Manager

Rose Tirrito is the Marketing & Outreach Manager at CSMA. After receiving her B.A. in art education from Ithaca College, Rose remained in the area working as an art teacher before leaving the field to work as an artist and apparel designer. Through her work at CSMA, she remains connected to the field of art education and to her belief that everyone should have the opportunity to connect with the arts.

Caleb Onyemara

Caleb Onyemara is currently studying Global and Public Health Sciences at Cornell University. Before attending Cornell, he earned an associate degree in Liberal Arts from Bard Early College New Orleans. Caleb was born and raised in Nigeria before moving to the United States to pursue his education. Outside of school and work, Caleb enjoys playing chess, playing the drums, and finding opportunities to stay involved in his community. He is excited to be part of CSMA and looks forward to contributing to the organization and getting to know the CSMA community.

Jilayne Kistner
Event Rental Coordinator

Jilayne Kistner is the Event Rental Coordinator for Martha Hamblin Hall at CSMA. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre from Ithaca College (class of 2028). Raised by two music teachers, Jilayne has been involved in choral, music, dance, and theatre activities from a very young age. She may be a performer, but has always had a strong passion for accessible arts education and giving back to the community any way she can, which is what drew her to CSMA.
