Rose Tirrito is an artist and educator living in central New York. She holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in art education and has spent many years teaching art across various ability levels and stages of development. Her pedagogical approach is informed by researchers such as Olivia Gude, who emphasize the role that arts educators play in exposing students to contemporary methods of investigation and meaning-making. Rose’s primary artistic interests are in silk screening and linocut printing. Her CSMA class in printmaking is one of our most popular classes.
