Learn the basics of book design and construction to make your own journals, sketchbooks, and art pieces from book board, cloth, paper, glue, and thread. Students will experiment with different bookmaking techniques, such as concertina folding and coptic stitching. Further creative opportunities arise in processes such as collage and embossing.
